Renovations at LabCorp’s office on Pinecroft Road did not stop with the interior! Landscape Architect Tim Knowles, with Borum Wade, designed an inviting patio with plenty of room to bring a business meeting outdoors and a place to just relax. The space is inviting and cool, thanks to the Cantilevered shade structures provided by Carolina Shade Sails. These custom designed structures boarder the south side of the patio and cast much needed shade. The fabric is HDPE shade cloth that allows the heat to rise through the fabric cooling the temperatures underneath by up to 20 degrees.
