MetWest International is a beautifully designed, 32-acre mixed-use development in the heart of Tampa’s Westshore Business District. Park, plazas, retail, hotel, residential and office spaces have been designed to work seamlessly together in this sophisticated urban setting. This is more than just an office park. It is the evolution of the suburban urban community. Recipient of several awards, this is a Green work place designed with the environment in mind. The park features beautiful covered walkways with architecturally inspired shade sails. These sails aesthetic appeal to the park while also adding shade. The sails are 21’x30’ triangles in eye catching terra cotta. This project was designed by De Stefano Engineering Group.
